Selection of promising projects in the field of tourism and recreational real estate of Kazakhstan for financing and integration into the international investment system. The competition is held in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Participation is voluntary and signifies agreement with these Terms.

The following are eligible to participate:
Land owners
With the intended purpose of "recreation", "tourism" or similar.
Owners of recreation centers
Planning to modernize, reconstruct or scale up a project.
Development companies
Having investment concepts for tourist facilities.
Architectural bureaus
With ready-made design solutions and concepts.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluation is carried out by the Expert Jury on a 100-point scale.
Organizer: Stability
Transport accessibility (roads, proximity to airports, train stations
Natural value (water bodies, forests, landscape)
Availability of utility lines or the possibility of connecting them
Legal purity (up to 20 points)
No encumbrances
Absence of litigation
Compliance with urban planning regulations
Commercial attractiveness (up to 30 points)
Occupancy forecast
Unique selling proposition (USP)
Possibility of year-round operation
Socio-economic effect (up to 10 points)
Job creation
Tax revenues to the budget
STAGES OF THE COMPETITION
Stage 1 - Pre-moderation
Checking documents for compliance with requirements.
Stage 2 – Expert Evaluation
Project analysis and on-site visit by the commission if necessary.
Stage 3 - Finalization
Determination of winners and signing of the Memorandum of Intent (LoI).

MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Winning projects are required to: integrate with the BMC Sales system to ensure sales transparency and automated management; become a Stability client, which is a mandatory condition for receiving investment capital.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All submitted materials and concepts remain the property of the participants.
The organizer reserves the right to use application materials for informational and marketing purposes related to the competition.

Disputed issues are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
These Regulations shall enter into force upon publication on the official website of the competition.
